Combining years of practical and educational experience, Curt Erickson has worked with numerous manufacturing companies throughout Northwest Minnesota. Included in his current projects, Curt is working with "Marvin Windows and Doors" in the Manufacturing Engineering Technology Program. Curt has a Civil Engineering Degree.

Combining 25 years experience in the CATV/telecommunications industry with 14 years experience in technical education gives Les Schwartz the technical knowledge and teaching expertise necessary for effective training. He has excellent human relations and communication skills, expertise in telephony and networking applications and keeps current in his field through industry seminars and workshops. Les is also a BICSI Cabling certified instructor. And is working on BISCI training with area Telco's.
