	Debbie Johnson Debbie Johnson's specialties include Supervisory Leadership and Management, Customer Service Productivity, Quality and Inventory Management. Her clients include Arctic Cat, Marvin Windows and Doors, Arvig Communications, Polaris Industries, and Lund Boats. Debbie is a Business Education graduate of Moorhead State University and is a Zenger-Miller certified instructor. She delivers both credit and hour-based training.
	Peggy Mastel Peggy Mastel has eight years experience in marketing consulting and employee training. A graduate of the University of Mary she is a Zenger-Miller certified instructor. A "Customer Service" consultant, she has worked with companies such as Cargill, SEI, Red Lake Gaming and Northwest Color.
	DeAnna Murphy DeAnna Murphy has an educational background in organizational psychology, with particular training in motivation, teamwork, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and group process. She also holds a master's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University. In addition, DeAnna is certified to facilitate many Franklin Covey training topics. She has put her training to work in a variety of settings, providing customized training and consultation to school districts, government agencies, non-profit organizations and business and industry.
