Career Progression is a conceptual framework for creating educational and training platforms which facilitate upward career mobility.

By encouraging career paths, employers will be able to retain a large portion of their existing workforce as well as attract a pool of future employees.

Career Progressions layout employee education plans that provide career growth opportunities. Each progression represents a step from an 18-credit certificate to an AAS on to a 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
