Lund Boats has become the number one employer in the town of New York Mills by providing water sports enthusiasts with a superior product. The demographic trends of an aging workforce and an increasing out migration to metropolitan areas by the young people presented the company with a challenge. How could new, young craftspeople be attracted to Lund and trained to produce quality boats?
